Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall cover a motor vehicle registration number plate or make it illegible, and no one shall operate such motor vehicle.

1. On March 2014, the Defendant made it difficult for the Defendant to identify the registration number plate by attaching the front number plate of C cab operated by the Defendant and the front tape of C cab and the next 4 “4”, in order to avoid over-speed and illegal parking and stopping control on the front side of the Jeju-si taxi stop.
