1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. All the costs of lawsuit are assessed against the Plaintiff.
Reasons
Basic facts C owned the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter “instant land”) and died on March 11, 1990.
The list of successors who have succeeded to the net C and their inheritance shares are as shown in attached Form 3.
On January 7, 1993, D, who succeeded to the family head of the network C, died on January 7, 1993. The deceased's heir, who was born with the former wife E (the deceased D had been married to the original E, had been divorced on June 1, 1984) and was born with the Plaintiff, F, and F, who was divorced from the Plaintiff, E, and then married with the Defendant, H [the above three names were both I, J, and K, but both were acquired with Japan on December 13, 1994, by the agreement on the inheritance and the inheritance of the instant land, and the order of succession of the deceased, the Plaintiff agreed on May 13, 197.
Defendant B, prior to the enactment by Act No. 7500 on January 1, 2006, of the Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate and the amendment by Act No. 8080 on December 26, 2006, on the land of this case.

Meanwhile, on the land of this case, the registration of Jeju District Court and the registration of Jeju District Court No. 5344, Dec. 12, 1983, the amount of claim 9.5 million won based on the contract to establish a contract as of December 10, 1983, the due date of payment was 40% of the interest rate, the debtor C, the mortgagee D’s first priority establishment registration was completed, and the registration of Jeju District Court and the registration of Jeju District Court on December 12, 1983.
