1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On March 30, 1978, Qand 1,696 square meters (hereinafter “the Q and Q and land before division”) was divided into the land listed in the attached Table (hereinafter “ Q and land”) and Rand 1,008 square meters on August 23, 1983, and the registration of subdivision was completed on August 23, 1983. The said R and land was divided into R & 849 square meters on August 23, 1983 (hereinafter “R land”) and S large 159 square meters (hereinafter “S land”).
B. The Q land before the division was owned by TA. As to Q land after the division, the network P completed the registration of ownership transfer (No. 562, Jan. 13, 1982) under the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate (amended by Act No. 3562, Apr. 3, 1982; hereinafter “Special Measures Act”) on April 10, 1960 (No. 562, Jan. 13, 1984) (hereinafter “instant registration”); for R land, Nonparty U completed the registration of ownership transfer under the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration of Ownership on September 14, 1983 (No. 562, Jan. 13, 1984); and for R land, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on September 14, 1983 by reason of sale and purchase under the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration of Ownership of Real Estate on April 10, 1983).
C. From 1960 to 1960, Q Q land was built and resided in the net P, and currently Defendant C resides in it. The R land was also built since 1960 to 1960 and resided in the net V. The Plaintiff is currently residing in it.
R Land and S Land: (a) on January 25, 201, the registration of ownership transfer was made on January 20, 201 with respect to the Plaintiff, who is an arche of the networkV on January 25, 201; (b) on Q land, the registration of ownership transfer was made on September 9, 198 to the Defendant C, who is the next south of the network P on September 19, 198; and (c) on December 12, 2015.
