Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 10, 2013, the Defendant: (a) 01:10 on October 10, 2013, the victim D (year 51) who operates C cab on the front side of Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, refused boarding; (b) knife the victim’s knife seat on the above vehicle; and (c) knife the victim’s knife seat on the right hand that requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment.

2. The Defendant, at the time and place indicated in the foregoing Paragraph 1, insultd the victim by openly speaking to the victim D as “I am shot, swe swe swe swe swe swe swe swe swe swe swe swe swe swe swe swe swe swe ss

3. The Defendant interfered with the business of the Defendant: (a) opened the right door of the said vehicle at the time and at the place specified in paragraph (1) above; and (b) obstructed the victim’s taxi business by force by avoiding the disturbance of the victim D, such as putting the victim’s seat into the driver’s seat; and (c) preventing the victim from operating the taxi.
