Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 31, 2017, at around 09:35, the Defendant, via an apartment building located in the 7-ro of the Namnam-gun, Namnam-gun, Seoul, the front of the building in front of the 7-ro of the said Eup, and again, driven a B carhouse car without obtaining a driver’s license in the 2km section from the front of the building in front of the said KT payment, via an apartment building located in the 2km-ro of the said Eup.
