Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a seafarer supply business in the name of "A" in the Dong-gu Busan Metropolitan City B 4th floor.

No person shall conduct a job placement business of seafarers except for institutions registered for job seeking and job offers, seafarer management business operators, marine-related organizations or institutions prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries.
