Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, each of them is 100.

B As a licensed real estate agent, Asan City C and 210-101 are registered as a licensed real estate agent with the trade name of “D Licensed Real Estate Agent Office” (E) and the Defendant A is a person employed as a broker assistant of the above office.

Defendant

A No person shall render brokerage services using another person's name or trade name, or use another person's brokerage office registration certificate through taking over or lending the certificate.

Nevertheless, within the above "D Licensed Real Estate Agent Office", the Defendant rendered real estate trading brokerage services using the name and trade name of B of the licensed real estate agent B of this location as follows.

1) On September 13, 2014, around September 29, 2014, the seller of F apartment units 1111 and 405 square meters (84.99 square meters) with regard to the sale of KRW 176,00,000 between G and H, and the buyer’s purchase and sale of KRW 176,00,000 between G and H, and around September 13, 2014, the seller of apartment units 108 Dong 1304 (117.562 square meters) with regard to KRW 213,00,000 between I and J, and the buyer’s purchase and sale of KRW 108,104,104 (117.562 square meters) with regard to the seller’s purchase and sale of KRW 219,50,000 between K and L, and the seller’s sale and sale of KRW 700,708,706,7000.7 square meters as above.

B. The defendant B shall not allow another person to render brokerage services using his/her name or trade name, nor transfer or lend his/her brokerage office registration certificate to another person.

Nevertheless, the defendant had a brokerage assistant A of the licensed real estate agent's office that he/she opened, carry out brokerage business as provided for in the above paragraph (a).
