Defendants are not guilty.

1. Defendant B, from November 2008 to March 2013, 201, operated D, a building company, such as steel structure, etc.; Defendant A, from January 201 to March 2013, 201, was the representative of FF farming association that produces and sells processed agricultural products by gathering 31 households from Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si from January 201 to March 201.

In order to promote the regional economy by promoting the agricultural product processing industry, the victim Kimcheon-si promoted "G (G) production, processing, and distribution facilities for agricultural crops, and support the construction cost, etc. for the farmers." At the request of the subsidized business operator, the target is selected by the farmers. After the completion of the project by the subsidized business operator at the expense of 20% out of the total project cost, the victim submitted the subsidy application along with relevant documentary evidence, only only limited to the person who himself/herself bears the subsidy (80% of the total project cost = 50% of the total project cost).

Defendant

B Around the beginning of March 2012, when the F was selected as a subsidized project operator of the said “G,” concluded a contract on the construction of a mushroom cultivation Dong and its appurtenant building building with Defendant A and Kimcheon-si H, and subsequently, partially KRW 200 million (the total construction cost of KRW 1 billion) to be borne by the said F was refunded to Defendant A, and even if the said F did not pay all the said self-paid expenses, the said F conspiredd with the Defendant A to apply for subsidies to the victim.

Accordingly, Defendant B shall be paid KRW 10 million around March 28, 2012 and the same year.

4. Around 20.20.20.0 million won was returned to the Agricultural Cooperative Account in the name of the said F member, respectively. Defendant A was refunded the self-paid charges from Defendant B as above, but the said subsidies were given by the victim.

3.14.320 million won around 14.0 billion won;

6.15.A transfer shall be made from 240 million won around around 15.0 billion won.
