A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2015 Highest 2594]

1. A special intimidation: (a) around 04:40 on June 4, 2015, at the house of the victim E (n, 48 years old) located in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, 302, 302, and 302 (n, 5 years old), the Defendant collected the kitchen-car 2 candle (20cm in total length, 33cm in length, 20cm in kn, 20cm in kn, and knife) which is a dangerous object to the chemical and property of the victim; (b) and (c) caused the victim to die, and (d) caused the victim to die, and (d) caused the victim to walk in the door of his escape, and acted as a way to inflict any harm on the body or property of the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

2. The Defendant damaged the victim’s house-to-house visit at the time, at the place, as described in paragraph 1, while avoiding disturbance as described in paragraph 1, the Defendant: (a) was placed at the entrance of the entrance of the entrance gate; and (b) was at the entrance of the entrance gate; and (c) was at the market price of 300,000 won, owned by the said victim E, thereby shouldering one food product at the bottom; and (d) was at the victim’s house-to-house visit.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the victim's property.

3. In particular, the Defendant: (a) took part in the kitchen 2 kitchen knife written in paragraph 1, which is a dangerous object at the time and place; (b) taken part in the kitchen 1, which is the head part of the Victim F (75 years old); (c) taken one time the kitchen knife of the victim’s left part; and (d) took part in the said kitchen knife with the victim’s fnife and the victim’s fnife with a fnife with which it is difficult to know the number of days of treatment.

[2015 Highest 2796] On November 17, 2015, the Defendant was pregnant by the wife of the victim I (36 years of age) who provided meals at the GH restaurant in Sung-nam-si G H, Sungnam-si, for the reason that the wife was pregnant and requested for smoking, the Defendant’s face was taken once into the floor of drinking and hand, one time as head, and the victim was taken one time as head, requiring treatment for seven days and the part of the mouth.
