Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by imprisonment for eight months, respectively.

However, for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. Around November 1, 2015, the Defendant, at around 05:44, 2015, assaulted the victim’s head Da and 202 in his/her residence (n, 25 years of age) by destroying the victim’s head kneep to the floor without any justifiable reason, and assaulting the victim’s head and body by drinking.

B. A special assault: (a) on June 3, 2016, the Defendant: (b) told the victim and the victim at the above place in order to see that “I will die, die, and die,” (hereinafter “I will die”); (b) she satisfs the victim’s head with his/her left hand; (c) her head with his/her left hand; (d) walking the victim’s left part with his/her beam; and (e) walking the victim’s light with his/her kitchen; and (e) her household (15cc in length, total 25cc in length) with a dangerous object in the kitchen; and (e) she puts the victim’s left part, and was living there.

F, as the Defendant was prevented, the kitchen knife that “I will die, I will die, I will do so,” while putting the kitchen knife (12 cm in length, 25 cm in length) which is a dangerous object in the kitchen, and blife the victim and assaulted the victim by putting the shoulder glass view, which is a dangerous object in the toilet.

In this respect, the Defendant, carrying a dangerous object, a kitchen, a kitchen, and a shoulder glass view, has assaulted the victim.

A special intimidation around 10:00 on June 3, 2016, the Defendant used a shoulder glass view, which is a dangerous object that was placed on the floor at the above site, and made the victim intimidation by stating that “to die” is a large interest.

Accordingly, the defendant carried a shouldered glass view, which is a dangerous object, and threatened the victim.

2. Defendant B: (a) around 10:45 on June 3, 2016, at the above location around 10:45, the victim A (25 years old) sought to see this victim A (25 years old); (b) “Is the victim A,” and “Is the victim E;
