Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 27, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Busan District Court's Dong Branch, etc., and the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 29, 2009, and on July 8, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unborn Measures after Accidents) at the Busan District Court's Busan District Court's Busan District Court and the said judgment became final and conclusive on August 31, 2011.

No automobile owner shall operate an automobile on the road on which no mandatory insurance has been subscribed.

Nevertheless, at around 12:00 on April 7, 2008, the Defendant operated the B B B B saponsed vehicle owned by the Defendant, which was not covered by the mandatory insurance prior to the 23th of the same month, around January 15, 2009, around 04:39, and around 05:34, around the same month, at around 23:00, around the following month, in front of the office of Seocho-gu, Busan Metropolitan Government.
