1. The Defendant is a holder of Bump trucks.

No person shall operate any automobile which is not covered by the mandatory insurance on a road.

Nevertheless, around 07:00 on June 14, 2014, the Defendant operated the dump truck, which was not covered by mandatory insurance more than seven times in total, including the operation of the dump truck before the dump truck in front of the sump truck set forth in the attached Table (1).

2. The Defendant is a holder of Cknife car.

No person shall operate any motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance on a road.

Nevertheless, around 05:11 on May 11, 2014, the Defendant operated the said car without mandatory insurance throughout 12 times in total, as shown in the list of crimes (2) by January 15, 2017, including the operation of the said car on the front road located in Busan Island D, and from that time, from January 15, 2017.
