[criminal power] On March 21, 1986, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for three years and a fine of three years for the same crimes at the Jeju District Court on May 19, 199; imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and a maximum of one year for the same crimes at the Seoul East District Court on June 28, 198; imprisonment with prison labor for the same crimes at the Seoul High Court on June 23, 1991; imprisonment with prison labor for three years and a fine of three hundred thousand won for the same crimes at the Jeju District Court on July 1, 1994; imprisonment with prison labor for the same crimes at the Jeju District Court on January 14, 199; imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months at the Seoul District Court on May 19; imprisonment with prison labor for the same crimes at the Seoul District Court on July 6, 2001; and imprisonment with prison labor for one year and three years from the Seoul District Court on July 13, 2005 to one of the same crimes.
【Criminal Facts】
The defendant committed the following crimes under the status that the defendant lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to alcohol dependence disorder and malfunction disorder:
1. On February 22, 2014, at around 11:45, the Defendant: (a) went into the victim E’s marriage hall opened in Seopopoposi C; (b) and (c) subsequently, by using an opportunity for management to neglect, such as putting the bank out to his/her will; and (d) taking off cash 2,150,000 won, such as cattle money, etc.; (b) five credit cards, such as the national bank card; and (c) five resident registration certificates, etc., including the resident registration certificates (or KRW 200,000 at a market price).
2. On March 2, 2014, around 12:30 on March 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) entered the “Gwa Holdings” located in Seopo City F; (b) and (c) used an opportunity for the victim H to raise a room to his will; (d) cash 1,00,000, 18K female gold bars (on a market price of 1,00,000, equivalent to KRW 70,000), 18K gold bars for female use (on a market price of 70,000,000), and 18K Twits (on a market price of 70,000,000).
