1. The Defendant: (a) on February 1, 2018, with respect to each share indicated in the separate sheet among the shares of J 430 square meters in Jeju-si, Jeju-si.

1. Basic facts

A. On March 9, 1937, K completed the registration of transfer of ownership on the ground of sale on February 5, 1937 with respect to J 430 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”).

As K died on December 12, 199, the Defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer on May 8, 2017, based on inheritance by consultation and division with respect to the instant land.

B. On the instant land, there were 36.36 square meters on the instant land, which was constructed around October 1937, 36.36 square meters, 23.14 square meters on the instant land, and 3.3 square meters on the axis of a wooden roof, which was constructed on the instant land (hereinafter referred to as “the instant Gu building”), and L registered the instant building as the owner on the building ledger, and occupied the instant land on the instant building since October 20, 1968, while residing in the instant building from around October 20, 200 and occupied the instant land on the instant land, the instant building was removed, and around 200, after residing in the instant building on the instant land each point of “A” portion of “A”, which was connected in sequence with each of “A” portion of “A”, which was referred to as “1, 31 square meters on the instant land, 51 square meters on the land, 56 square meters on the same roof, 14 square meters on the instant land, and 15 square meters on the instant land.

C. L’s children are Plaintiff A, the network M, the network N, and NonpartyO. M dies on or around November 29, 1992 and there are Plaintiff C, D, E, F, and G, who are children, and N died on or around February 3, 200 and were its inheritor H.

2. According to the above facts of determination, L has occupied the instant land from October 20, 1968 to January 14, 2018 at the time of death, at least from October 20, 1968, and the instant building.
