A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the legal marital relationship between the victim B (n, 35 years of age) and the husband and wife who reported marriage around 2006, and the victim began to move away from the family on April 2019, and the agreement is currently in progress.

At around 14:00 on May 14, 2019, the Defendant reported that he had not brought the victim to his residence in the Daejeon Dong-gu Daejeon apartment C apartment complex D, which is a residential area, had been able to rape and detain the victim.
