Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 100,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 01:00 on September 11, 2018, the Defendant had a physical contact with D (W, 52 years old) from the stairs of the building at the front city, “C,” which was located in the front city B, and at around 01:00 on September 11, 2018, attempted to threaten the said victim by using the cell section (20cm in total length, 8cm in length on the upper day) kept in carrying the Defendant’s F “Poter” truck, which was the day when the Defendant was pushed down, and the cell section (20cm in length, 20cm in length on the upper day).

Defendant continued to throw away by telephone at around 01:40 on the same day from around 112 to 112, and throwk away from a marb by killing a drug in line with “(victim).”
