A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 24, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around July 24, 2017, the Defendant had a child or juvenile E (V, 15 years of age) with a child or juvenile E (V, 15 years of age) known through “D”, which is a smartphone-rating c apartment in the vicinity of the Busan-gu Busan-gu Busan-do apartment, and caused E to engage in similar acts, such as leading the Defendant to his/her sexual organ in his/her hand.
