1. The plaintiffs' claims against Defendant C are all dismissed.

2. Defendant D shall be KRW 365,676,608, to Plaintiff A Co., Ltd.

1. Basic facts

A. 1) The Plaintiff Company E (hereinafter “Nonindicted Company”)

2) The Plaintiff’s land for factory 913m2 (hereinafter “Plaintiff’s land”).

) Buildings listed in the attached Table 1 and the attached Table 1 (hereinafter referred to as “Plaintiff Factory”).

(2) As seen below, Defendant D is the actual owner of the Plaintiff’s factory site and the Defendant’s factory site and the Defendant’s factory, and the Nonparty Company purchased the Plaintiff’s factory site and the Plaintiff’s factory from the Nonparty Company, and the Defendant was engaged in the business for new retail business, new launch manufacturing business, electronic commerce, etc. at the Plaintiff Company. 2) Defendant D is the actual owner of the 661mm2 of the Plaintiff Company’s G factory site (hereinafter “Defendant factory site”) and the building indicated in the attached Table 2 (hereinafter “Defendant factory site”) and the Defendant factory site and the Defendant factory. Defendant C concluded a title trust agreement with Defendant D and completed the registration of ownership transfer on the Defendant factory site and the Defendant factory site in its future.

B. On January 27, 2014, around 01:37, when the instant fire occurred, the fire occurred in the Defendant’s factory (hereinafter “instant fire”) and the materials, etc. in the Plaintiff’s factory and the said factory were destroyed by fire.

C. As to the instant fire No. 1 caused by the instant fire, the fire certificate center prepared by the Busan Northern Fire Fighting Station was the Plaintiff factory, while the cause of the fire was stated as the US factory. However, at around 01:30 on January 27, 2014, at the Busan Fire Fighting Station, there was a fire presumed to have been electricity accumulated by the I company located in the Busan Fire Fighting Station, and at around 01:30 on January 27, 2014, part of the back wall of the building that was moved to E, which was the rear floor of the building, was destroyed by a fire that was destroyed by part of the OVC hall and the building that was moved to E, and the new fire and the building were moved to the second floor of the back building.
