Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who works as “F” on the Internet “E” website as a student of D University, and the Victim G is a person who plans and implements school festivals held on September 2015, as the president of the National University of Natural Science of the same School in 2015.

1. On September 26, 2015, the Defendant changed without permission, for the purpose of slandering the victim on the Internet “E” bulletin board around 20:35 on September 26, 2015, with the intention of slandering the victim.
