Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On February 13, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the Jeonju District Court’s branch court’s support on February 13, 2015, and a fine of one million and five hundred thousand won for the same crime in the same court on May 15, 2017, and on October 19, 2017, the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 27, 2017, by having been sentenced to imprisonment of eight months for the same crime and two years for suspension of execution.

A. At around 13:50 on May 27, 2019, the Defendant, without a vehicle driver’s license, driven a B Ecoos car from the 30km section to the front road near the horse race track located in the Overcheon-si, Gyeongcheon-si without a vehicle driver’s license.

B. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is the owner of the vehicle B Ecoos car.

Notwithstanding that no owner of a motor vehicle may operate a motor vehicle on the road on which no mandatory insurance policy is subscribed, the defendant may do so.

The car operated the above Ecoos car that is not covered by mandatory insurance, such as the entry in the port.

2. The Defendant is an individual constructor who has run a construction business by using nine employees.

When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and other money and valuables within fourteen days after the cause for such payment occurred.

Provided, That in special circumstances, the date may be extended by mutual agreement between the parties.

Nevertheless, the Defendant was working as a daily worker from June 13, 2018 to June 30, 2018 and retired from office on June 6, 2018, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table, and did not pay KRW 35,270,000 for the total of 14 workers within 14 days from the date of retirement without agreement between the parties.
