A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On April 13, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment and two years of suspended execution for violating the Commercial Act at the Daejeon District Court on April 13, 2012, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 31, 2012.

The defendant of "2012 Highest 229" is a user who runs an electronic device manufacturing business by employing 40 full-time workers as the representative of (ju)P of the Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government O building 307.

The Defendant did not pay the amount of KRW 130,203,59 (excluding KRW 12,551,001, 28,551,001, which was dismissed in the order in 31,754,600 as stated in the first written indictment) to workers Q, who were employed from September 19, 201 to January 1, 201, as well as KRW 4,350,06, including the wage of KRW 130,203,59 (excluding KRW 31,58,754,60, which was dismissed in the order of 158,754,60, respectively) within 14 days from the date of their retirement, without agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date.

The defendant of the Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government "2012 Highest 3285" is the user who runs the business of manufacturing electronic equipment by employing eight full-time workers as the representative of the (ju) P of the (OP) of the Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

The Defendant did not pay 4,064,703 won in February 2, 2012, the monthly wage of 3,642,593 won in February 2, 2012, the monthly wage of 3,642,59 won in April wage of 3,769,273 won in May wage of 932,592, and 12,409,161 won in total, and 2,571,5713 won in February 20, 2012 to May 2, 2012, to employees who worked from February 20, 2012 to May 2, 2012 without agreement between the parties concerned on the extended payment period of wages of 3,571,571,513 won in total, 839,510 won in May 839, 201, 206, 2013 workers who were employed from February 20, 2012.

The defendant of "2012 Highest 4050" is a user who operates an electronic device manufacturing business by employing 11 full-time workers as the representative of the (ju) PP located in Daejeon Sung-gu T building 307.

The Defendant’s aforementioned place of business is subject to KRW 1,520,165,00,00 from June 15, 2009 to June 17, 201.
