Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On February 18, 2014, at KRW 13:55, the Defendant expressed the victim’s speecher, the police officer D, who was the victim’s wife, desireing to continue to engage in the Defendant’s wife C, and satisfing the Defendant’s wife C, and expressed the victim’s openly insulting the victim as “Isfrier in the Vietnam War, Isfrier in the Vietnam War, Isfrier in the Vietnam War.” The Defendant expressed the victim’s speecher and the victim “Isfrier in the Korean War, Isfrier in the Korean War.”
