The prosecutor's appeal is dismissed.

1. As to the violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury) as to the summary of the grounds for appeal, the court below found the defendant not guilty of this part of the charges, even though the defendant was found to have inflicted an injury on the victim jointly with two male persons, according to the evidence submitted by the prosecutor.

2. Determination

A. On August 29, 2012, the summary of this part of the facts charged is as follows: (a) two male persons whose names are unknown and two male persons whose names cannot be known at the end of the trial due to the issue of the victim E (year 45) and the singing fee operated by the Defendant on the Goyang-gu C Underground 1st century around 03:0 on August 29, 2012; and (b) two male persons whose names cannot be known at the end of the trial due to the issue of the victim E (age 45) and the singing fee; (c) the Defendant, by hand, her hand, her arms at the victim’s hand and her arm’s length with the victim’s arms at the time, and continuously, her two male persons who drive away from the victim’s name cannot know at the time of singing.

As a result, the defendant, in collaboration with two male persons whose names are unknown, inflicted an injury on the victim, such as crypumum, cryp, etc. in need of approximately three weeks of treatment.

B. The lower court determined that, on the grounds that there are many parts of the E’s statement in the lower court court’s court’s court’s court’s court and investigative agency, consistent with this part of the facts charged, and thus, it is difficult to believe that the remainder of the evidence submitted by the prosecutor alone is insufficient to recognize the facts charged, the lower court acquitted the Defendant pursuant to the latter part of Article 325 of the Criminal Procedure Act, since

C. As evidence consistent with this part of the facts charged, E/F’s statements in the original trial court and the investigative agency and the victim’s injury diagnosis letter are written. The place where E was assaulted in a singing room, whether E was a prison F after a singing room and a G restaurant.
