A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Night-time theft of buildings and intrusion against victims B;

A. A. On February 8, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 03:50 on February 8, 2020, opened and intruded into the “D” shopping convenience store managed by the victim B in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun; and (b) opened and intruded into the entrance; and (c) cut off food of KRW 65,470 in total at the market price as indicated in the attached Table No. 1, such as 2 coffees and 1, which were displayed at that place.

B. Around February 21, 2020, the Defendant committed a crime around February 21, 2020, and the Defendant above around February 21, 202:37.

After opening an entrance at the same place as the same as the paragraph, and intrusion into the convenience store, there were 72,839 won in total at the market price, such as 2 coffees displayed at the same place, 1, and 72,839 won in addition to the attached list 2.

C. Around March 10, 2020, the Defendant committed a crime around March 10, 2020: (a) around 03:30, on March 10, 2020.

In the same place as Paragraph 3, a new food with a total of 97,737 won in the market price, such as one, one big wave, and one other, which was displayed at the same place, was cut off and stolen. D.

around April 6, 2020, the Defendant committed the crime at around April 6, 2020, and above A around April 6, 2020.

In the same place as the paragraph, the entrance was opened, and the entrance was intruded into the convenience store, and the three fakes displayed at the same place were cut off with food of 116,562 won in total, as shown in the No. 4 of the annexed crime list, such as the new three, and the new three, the market price was cut off.

Accordingly, the Defendant invadedd the structure managed by the victim at night over four times in total, and stolen the property amounting to KRW 352,608.

2. Intrusion upon a victim E's residence, theft;

A. On April 22, 2020, the Defendant entered a residence with the victim E at the victim’s dormitory house located in the Danan-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do on April 22, 2020, and the victim was present at the work.
