When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 18:00 on December 28, 2016, the Defendant: (a) expressed a loud desire, i.e., “F., f., f.,” and “f., f., f., f., f., f., f., f., f., f.,” on the ground that transportation cards are not well available within the subway C station (No. 5 lines) located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City B; (b) despite the control of the victim D(45 years old), the Defendant expressed alcohol.

2. The Defendant, upon receipt of a report on the act as referred to in paragraph 1 of the insult, insulting the victim F, who is the police officer, openly insultd the victim F, by stating that “I kn knife knife knife knife knife knife, knife, knife, knife, and family members, knife knife in knife.”
