1. Facts of recognition;

A. The status of the parties B and C is the parent of the Plaintiff A.

The defendant is a medical corporation that operates the Seongbuk Central Hospital (hereinafter referred to as the "Defendant Hospital") in Seongbuk-gu, Seoul.

B.
