On September 5, 2014, at around 01:24, the Defendant driven a 20km car in the section of approximately 20 km from the area near the Gangseo-gu Seoul Seosan Station to the Seocheon Jeju Seocheon-gu Jeju Seocheon-gu Incheon Western-ro.
