around 19:00 on August 18, 2014, the Defendant used approximately 4 km distance on the national highway No. 4279, prior to the National University from the street in front of the Central University that was under the influence of alcohol concentration 0.145% in blood alcohol level to the national highway No. 38 of the Gyeongsung-si Do, Annsung-si, Annsung-si.
