A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Larceny;
A. On September 4, 2013, around 23:30, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was parked in the front parking lot of the Daejeon Middle-gu C Apartment 203, the Defendant: (b) opened a door that was not corrected by the victim D; and (c) carried 70,000 won in cash owned by the victim in the vehicle; and (d) cut off with a wall that contains one Samsung Credit Card.
B. On October 26, 2013, at around 23:00, the Defendant opened a door that was parked in the parking lot of the Daejeon Middle-gu C Apartment 203, the victim F owned by the Defendant, and opened a door that was not corrected in the amount of Gbedor or car, and removed one marbaba in excess of 600,000 won of the market price of the victim’s ownership, which was placed in front of the vehicle, from the vehicle, and stolen it.
C. At around 22:00 on November 1, 2013, the Defendant: (a) placed the victim H in a cresh in the front parking lot of the Daejeon Jung-gu C apartment 201, which was parked, in the said place; (b) removed the lock-up device of the vehicle, and entered the vehicle into the vehicle, and stolen the vehicle by having one Samsung C&I cell cell phone and one hundred and fifty thousand won in cash at the market price of the victim’s ownership in the vehicle.
At around 23:00 on November 5, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened a rear seat of the driver’s car owned by the victim J, which was parked in the front parking lot of the Daejeon Jung-gu C apartment 202, and entered the vehicle, and cut off 10,000 won of cash owned by the victim on the top of the vehicle, (b) one resident registration certificate, one driver’s license, one driver’s license, and one hand room of 50,000 won of the market value which includes one post office passbook.
E. On November 6, 2013, the Defendant is located in the Daejeon Middle-gu Daejeon C Apartment 202 front parking lot around 23:00.
