1. All appeals filed by the Defendant-Counterclaim Plaintiff and the counterclaim filed in the trial are dismissed.

2. Costs of appeal.

1. The principal lawsuit and counterclaim shall also be deemed to exist;

A. On October 13, 1997, C and D entered into a contract with the Defendant to purchase the land of eight parcels below KRW 800,000,000 (hereinafter “instant contract”).

D On December 30, 1997, the defendant gave up the status of purchaser under the above contract and agreed to purchase C alone.

(1) E- 8,132 square meters in terms of land: (a) 923 square meters in F miscellaneous land in Macheon-si; (b) 958 square meters in G miscellaneous land in Macheon-si; (c) 5,146 square meters in Macheon-si; and (d) 1,691 square meters in Macheon-si in Macheon-si; and (c) 893 square meters in Y-si in Macheon-si in Macheon-si; and (d) 2,034 square meters in terms of land in Macheon-si.

B. On March 22, 1999, the Plaintiff succeeded to the status of the purchaser of the following land at KRW 600 million among the instant sales contract with the Defendant, and succeeded to the status of the purchaser for the remaining land, but the specific terms and conditions of succession (such as the price, payment date, etc.) were subsequently determined.

C. On April 30, 200, the Plaintiff entered into an agreement with the Defendant on April 30, 200 to succeed the remaining part of the instant sales contract to C’s status as purchaser at KRW 200 million for the remaining part of the land after the first succession as above.

(C) On October 13, 1997, the Plaintiff paid KRW 100 million to the Defendant as the purchase price under the instant sales contract, and the Plaintiff paid KRW 30,00,000 to the Defendant on March 22, 199, KRW 570,000 on September 13, 199, KRW 30,000 on October 10, 200, respectively).

At the time of Macheon-si, Macheon-gun was changed to Macheon-si on October 19, 2003.

E Forest land 8,132 square meters has been subject to registration conversion on November 24, 2001 with M forest land M 8,355 square meters in Macheon-si on November 24, 2001 (the increase in the area as a result of the survey) and the same day on the same day.
