1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

Basic Facts

On August 6, 2012, the deceased (hereinafter “the deceased”) such as the status as a party, died. At the time, the deceased was the deceased’s heir, and there was the Plaintiffs, the spouse, the Plaintiffs, and the Defendants.

The deceased shall not have any property or obligation he had owned at the time of his death.

The Defendants who acquired real estate by the Defendants completed the registration of ownership transfer on June 4, 1983 with respect to each 1/3 share of 4,323 square meters of Pyeongtaek-si Jin-si.

On June 10, 1983, K, the spouse of Defendant E, F, and Plaintiff A, completed the registration of ownership transfer on June 4, 1983 with respect to each of 1/3 shares out of 1,548 square meters of Pyeongtaek-si Lies.

(hereinafter collectively, “real estate prior to partition” was divided into KRW 1,441 square meters of J-forest land, KRW 1,441 square meters of N-forest land, KRW 1,441 square meters of N-forest land, and KRW 1,441 square meters of O-forest land on February 4, 1989.

On April 9, 1996, the said J Forest land was divided into 1,345 square meters of P forest land and 892 square meters of forest land and Q forest and 453 square meters of forest land after registration conversion.

The above P 892 square meters were changed to 892 square meters on April 9, 1996. The above Q 453 square meters was divided to 15 square meters on February 6, 2002. The above N 1,441 square meters was divided into 923 square meters on October 22, 1993 and 518 square meters on forest. The above 518 square meters was divided into 25 square meters on October 22, 1993; 1,464 square meters on August 22, 1993; 2,000 square meters on August 1, 1993; 3,000 square meters on May 1, 200; 2,000 square meters on May 1, 2005; 3,000 square meters on August 1, 1993; 3,000 square meters on forest and field 1,000 square meters.
