Punishment of the crime

On August 31, 2013, around 23:20, the Defendant driven a B K5 vehicle under the influence of alcohol with approximately KRW 500 meters alcohol concentration 0.135% (the result of blood collection) on the roads from the front day of the transmitting terminal in the Songcheon-si, Macheon-si, Songcheon-si, the Republic of Korea, to the roads in the same Ri.
