Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 4.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 9, 2013, at around 02:20, the Defendant driven a vehicle of 500 meters of blood alcohol concentration B while under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.21% of alcohol concentration (the result of blood collection) on the one hand at the same Do in front of the Shicheon-si Child Care Center located in the Republic of Korea.
