At around 02:00 on December 11, 2013, the Defendant driven B K5 cars from the ground parking lot of Shin Young-gu Office Office Office in Sung-nam-si, Sungnam-si to the front day of the settlement of parking fees in the above parking lot under the influence of alcohol level of 0.134% during blood alcohol level.
