On September 8, 2013, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol level of 0.066% from blood alcohol level around 02:21 on September 8, 2013, and Dpp-car was driving approximately 50km from the roads of Sungnam-si to the roads of Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.
