A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 7, 2006, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1 million at the Cheongju District Court for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act, and a summary order of KRW 1 million at the same court on June 29, 2009 for the same crime.

1. Around 00:23 on May 4, 2013, the Defendant driven a B low-priced car over about 500 meters from the Do near the home fluorri, Chang-gu, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Yang Chang-gu, Yang Chang-gu, Yang Chang-ri, Cheongwon-do, and the above road while under the influence of alcohol 0.086% of blood alcohol level.
