1. The Defendant’s KRW 35,00,000 and its amount shall be 5% per annum from July 21, 2006 to November 26, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

The Plaintiff, on July 21, 2006, lent a loan of KRW 35 million to the Defendant on July 21, 2006, with the agreed rate of bank interest, and the period of repayment as of September 21, 2006, can be recognized by comprehensively taking into account the overall purport of the statement and pleadings as to the Plaintiff’s loan of KRW 35 million and its loan of KRW 35 million from July 21, 2006 to November 26, 2015, on which the copy of the instant complaint was served, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff interest or delay damages calculated at each rate of KRW 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the following day to the date of full payment.
