1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 35,00,000 for the Plaintiff and 12% per annum from December 21, 2015 to September 21, 2016; and (b) the Plaintiff.

1. According to the purport of Gap evidence No. 1 and all pleadings, the defendant may recognize the fact of borrowing KRW 35 million from the plaintiff on December 20, 2013 by determining the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum and the due date for repayment until December 20, 2015.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 35 million won and the damages for delay calculated by applying the agreed interest rate of 12% per annum from December 21, 2015 to September 21, 2016, the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, and 15% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment under the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings.
