Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On July 12, 2010, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 2.5 million from the Changwon District Court as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act.

On November 13, 2019, at around 21:10, the Defendant driven a Fco-sports cargo vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.076% under the influence of alcohol at approximately 600 meters from the roads in front of C, located in the Sound Group B, Chungcheongbuk-gun, to E in front of D.
