Punishment of the crime

On November 5, 2019, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.121% of blood alcohol concentration at around 19:40 on November 5, 2019, and the Defendant driven a Fcom-sports vehicle at approximately 100 meters from the front of the cafeteria located in Gyeongcheon-si B to E in the same city.
