1. On February 2011, Defendant A was asked for the request of Defendant A to perform the cryptic procedure for profit-making purposes even though the Defendant was not a dentist, at the house of Defendant A located in Young-gun, Young-gun, Young-gu, 201.

이후 피고인 A는 2011. 3.경 피고인 A의 집에서, E의 잇몸에 국소마취를 하고 치아를 연마한 후 본을 떴으며, 2011. 4.경 같은 장소에서 상악 우측 중절치, 측절치, 견치 등 총 3단위의 치아를 고정성 계속의치로 장착하여 주고 즉석에서 E의 이모 F로부터 치료비 명목으로 42만 원을 교부받았다.

Accordingly, even though Defendant A is not a dentist for profit-making purposes, Defendant A was engaged in dental practice as a business.

2. The Defendant A, at around 19:00 on June 29, 201, h’s house located in Young-gun G in Young-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul, stated in the written indictment that “I will run as a crypt treatment issue” but, as seen below, acquitted Defendant A on the violation of the Act on Special Measures for the Control of Public Health Crimes (illegal Medical Business Entities) as stated in the acquitted portion. As such, the written indictment in this part of the facts charged should be recognized as different from the written indictment as “I will run as a house construction issue.”
