A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On July 20, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for two years and six months with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul High Court on July 20, 2012, and two years with prison labor for habitual larceny at the same court on March 19, 2015. On February 2, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Incheon District Court for ten months and completed the execution of the sentence on September 29, 2017.

The defendant is a deaf-mute in the second degree of hearing disability.

1. The Defendant committed the crime of March 8, 2018, around 16:22, 2018, committed the crime of larceny, who was sentenced to imprisonment not less than three times with prison labor by means of larceny, etc. during the period of repeated crime, and who was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor not less than three times by means of larceny, etc., before “F” stores in the above C 33th floor 8, the victim G laid down a bank in which the victim G was 60,000 won in cash, etc. from the front of the said store, and sought clothes.
