Punishment of the crime

On September 9, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of robbery, etc. at the Busan District Court on October 21, 2016, and on October 22, 2016, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence on June 22, 2017. On November 22, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of larceny, etc. at the Busan District Court’s Dong Branch Branch of the Busan District Court, and on May 25, 2018, on September 3, 2019, and completed the execution of the sentence on September 3, 2019.

Criminal facts

At around 12:01 on November 10, 201, the Defendant: (a) placed in the “G store” operated by the victim’s name in Busan-gun F, Busan-gun; (b) placed in the display stand a crepan where H’s surveillance was neglected; and (c) cut off a cosmetic equivalent to KRW 5,000 at the market price, which was displayed in the display stand.

On November 10, 2019, around 17:05, the Defendant, at the place specified in paragraph (1) in which the victim’s name was omitted, was placed in the display stand by taking advantage of the gaps in which H’s surveillance, which is the cause of the occupation, was displayed in the display stand, and then stolen by inserting one of the cochisives of the amount equivalent to KRW 2,000 in the market price, and one of the cochis of the amount equivalent to KRW 3,000 in the market price.

Accordingly, the defendant is punished by imprisonment not less than three times with prison labor due to larceny, and larceny is committed during the period of repeated crime.
