1. Basic facts

(a) The Cultural Heritage Management Bureau of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (hereinafter referred to as the “Cultural Heritage Management Bureau”) was brought to the Cultural Heritage Administration in 1999, and was changed to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in 2008.

B. As a result, each of the buildings in the attached Table 1 and 2 in the attached Table 1 and the buildings in the instant case are located on the K land and the adjacent road, and the buildings in the above paragraph 2 are located on the F land.
