Defendants shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

B From March 20, 2009 to March 6, 2013, the official brokerage business was operated under the trade name of "D" in Suwon-gu, Busan, etc., and Defendant A was appointed as a brokerage assistant.

1. Defendant A, etc. is prohibited from doing a direct transaction with a client or representing both parties to a transaction;

A. On June 4, 2012, at the above D office, Defendant B acted as a broker and made a direct transaction with the client after receiving a request from the broker E to sell 189.3 square meters (57 square meters) and 387.06 square meters (117 square meters) on the land located in Busan Seo-gu, Busan, which is his/her possession from the client E, and at the request of the broker to sell 295 million square meters (17 square meters).

B. At the same place as in January 7, 2013, at the same time as in the preceding paragraph, Defendant B acted as a broker and sold the real estate purchased as in the preceding paragraph to the client G to the broker G by selling it directly with the client.

2. Defendant B committed a violation as referred to in paragraph (1) with respect to Defendant B’s business.
