Purport of claim and appeal

The judgment of the first instance.

1. The reasoning of the court’s explanation concerning this case is as follows: (a) the pertinent part of the judgment of the first instance is modified as stated in the following 2; and (b) it is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance except to supplement or add the judgment as stated in the following 3. Therefore, it is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420

2. Revised parts

(a) Change from 3 to 700,000,000 (“5,1370,000,000”;

(b) Deletion from 3 th to 2 thunder.

(c) modify the last 3rd parallel “(3)” to “(2)”;

A. The Plaintiff asserted that the Plaintiff should compensate the Plaintiff for damages, on the ground that the Plaintiff did not incur any damage equivalent to KRW 50,1370,000 of the repair cost, since the Plaintiff did not perform his/her duty to deliver a house in a state of rupture and water leakage, or by deceiving the Plaintiff that there was no heat and water leakage, even though he/she did not have any obligation to deliver a house in a state of rupture and water leakage, even though he/she did not have any rupture and water leakage on the wall of this case, although he/she confirmed that the instant house was in a state of no heat and water leakage on the wall

According to each description of Gap evidence 1-1 and 2, a licensed real estate agent D, at the time of the contract of this case, with respect to the wall surface as to the condition of internal and external facilities [the damage of water supply, volume of water supply, electricity supply, gas (using), fire hydrant, emergency bell, heating and fuel type, elevator, drainage], environmental condition (light and noise), etc.
