Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by imprisonment for eight months, respectively.
However, the two years each from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On June 15, 2018, Defendants 201: (a) walked to steals a FK3 car that is not known of the market price managed by the injured party parked in the building parking lot in the Gojin-jin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on June 15, 2018; (b) Defendant A means Defendant B “the return to the vehicle”; (c) Defendant B opened an unrecept vehicle and opened a door in the vehicle, and used the car in the vehicle in the vehicle, and drive the vehicle to drive the vehicle by driving the vehicle while driving the vehicle in excess of the vehicle by Defendant A while driving the vehicle, and then leaving the vehicle at the time of Kim Jong-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

As a result, the Defendants committed a theft of another's property jointly.
4. Defendants of special larceny around 04:20 on June 17, 2018: (a) 04:20 on June 17, 2018; (b) expressed that Defendants of the Special thief had a mind that they steals the tea number plate by using any crebs that the victim left in the N-Jinjin-gu N-gu M on June 17, 2018; (c) Defendant A reported the network within H MM car; and (d) Defendant B had a front number plate of a vehicle in which the market price managed by the victim who was parked is unknown.
