Defendant

Defendant
B proposed on February 2, 2018 that Defendant A stolen wastes generated from the aforementioned Dcheon Service Center and sold them to the vehicle parts recycling store. Accordingly, Defendant A confirmed the gaps that the employees of the above Service Center do not have any crepit, thereby informing Defendant B of whether there is any other waste that could have been stolen by entering the underground waste storage facility.
1. The Defendants committed the crime of February 26, 2018, from around 00:36 to around 01:33, 2018, opened an entrance to enable Defendant A to enter the above Dcheon Service Center’s parking lot for the management of the victim E, and informed Defendant B of the place where the wastes were loaded, and Defendant B, driving the freight vehicle prepared to be loaded into the said storage site, and d automobile wastes, such as air pans, pents, pents, etc., which were loaded onto the said storage site, were stolen.

4. The Defendants of the crime committed on June 18, 2018 are recorded in the place specified in paragraph (1) from around 00:07 to 00:59 on June 18, 2018.
