On May 13, 2011, the Defendant driven a car with approximately KRW 300 meters away from May 13, 201, to the modern maritime distance in the same Dong on the front of water supply in the Ulsan-do Island, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-do. In addition, the Defendant driven a car without a driver’s license.
