Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

【The Defendant received a summary order of KRW 700,000 from the Jung-gu District Court on April 9, 2007 due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving). On October 28, 2009, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 3 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Jung-gu District Court on October 28, 2009.

[Criminal Facts]

1. On December 22, 2010, the indictment was written by the Defendant for violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking) on or around October 22, 2010.
